You will receive an email immediately after booking your appointment to confirm you have requested an appointment to transport your pet. After approval, you will receive an email stating that your appointment has been confirmed. Then, you will receive an appointment reminder two hours prior to your pets pick up time. You will receive a final email upon arrival to your pet’s destination to let you know they are safe and sound.
